Bogu starts to smell after training because of bacteria in the fabric and padding. In the AQUAS SO1, both the fabric and the padding are made of Aquas material. The manufacturer says it suppresses odour-causing bacteria about as well as the materials used in medical masks and gowns. In practice, that means less smell after a session and easier care for your armour. The set is made for high-school students and adults who train regularly. Men: 8 mm diagonal stitching, ZEN antibacterial duralumin grille, dark-blue synthetic leather edging. Kote: brown micro-perforated synthetic leather palms. Dō: standard, black reinforced resin base, mune in black zan leather. Tare: four-row decorative band. The set includes the men, a pair of kote, the dō and the tare. You don't need to buy anything else. When ordering, you can choose one of six mune embroidery designs and a men modified for training in glasses.
